Bike no start: UPDATE-bike starts now, but rough, small leak

so I fixed the problem were the fuel wasn't getting into the bike (92 xj600)

The float bowls were leaking, i fixed the leaks and she stutters to start, but starts.

The problem now, 2 of the carbs still have fuel leaking and i found out were its coming from., but it wasn't leaking from the same place as before.

When you take the air box off the carbs, on the intake port at the bottom left there is some jet/port of some sort(cant think of the name of it) and there is fuel dripping out of there.

So whats my problem now on the carbs? They've been completely cleaned and rebuilt.

Small update.

When the bike does start, what happens is it starts and revs real high, then back down where its very quite and then shuts off.

The last time i started it for the night, and had a pretty loud back fire on it also.
