Motor bike wont turn only clicks when i pres start button.

Hi im having a problem starting my bike i have checked the battery voltage and its good is there any way to check the starter to see if its ok, and just because the ignition switch turn on the power on the bike could that be problem as well. Also when i try to start the bike i get a clicking from the solenoid and a red oil light and its also in neutral when i try to start it. Thanks help if you can pictures etc
