So I have been riding the bike quite a bit to work and back, and about 10min or so into my ride, I get a sputtering hesitatation, only happens at 5,000 rpms, and half throttle ish..... if I peg the throttle WOT, it grumbles (almost sounds like an igntion cut or anti lag system), throws me back and takes off... I have suspected the petcock, so I turn it to the prime position, and it seems to get better, but the other day it didn't help...fresh gas, just did tune up.... it almost seems like it's going lean or rich when the slides open.... running stock 102.5 jets, and 20 pilots, 4-1 exhaust, stock intake....clamps on intake plumbing are tight best I can tell...
Also after having it's little fit if I get off the throttle and engine brake, it backfires like crazy out the exhaust.
Any help is appreciated, as I am daily riding the bike now....
