Price Paid for FZR 600 Front Forks

Alright fellas,

I've been looking around for FZR 600 forks to swap out my front end for nearly two months now and it seems like the lowest price that a pair of forks can be had is about $100 (including shipping in most cases). Is this a pretty typical price for what most of you guys in the US have paid? I figured that a used set would go for maybe a little over half that but it doesn't seem to be the case from what I've found. I trying to build this on a budget (who isn't, right?) and I don't want to overspend if I can help it.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
