Are the brake caliper nipples on our bikes 8mm?



I couldn't find the answer using the search function on tapatalk.



Also what's a self bleeding / Automatic bleeding nipple? Do they actually help?

All i could think of is one way valves maybe so they wont suck air back in?

There 3 times the price of standard nipples on ebay.
