Difference in Diversion vs. Seca II windscreen?

Is there any difference in the stock windscreen between the EU Diversion model and the US Seca II model? I ordered a bigger windscreen from a UK seller who claimed it bolted right into the stock fairing but it's way, way off. The new screen is way too wide and the holes are drilled in all the wrong places.
Just want to know my facts before I ask him to make it right.
