Ok folks, I was thinking about the FZR rear wheel swap, but after a bit of research it seems that the European spec FZR 600 went from the 3 1/2 x 18 inch wheel to a 5 x 17 inch wheel with a 160/60 x17 tyre, my question is, how much side clearance do you have with the 4 inch rim ?? .......I'm thinking the 5 inch rim will be too wide and will rub on the chain ( although with it being 17'' instead of 18'' diameter it will be further down the swing arm, at the wider part !! if that makes sense )
I don't want to spend around £50 on a wheel that won't fit !! :help:
