I've just bought a 1992 XJ600 diversion. When I took the tank off to get to the carbs the airbox was loose. When I came to put it back on, I found out why.
The OD of the carb inlet is 48mm, the ID of the airbox trumpets is 45mm. They are Mikuni carbs, but are they the right ones? The airbox has Yamaha XBR moulded in to it. The trumpet is of the type in the photo. Do I need a different airbox?
