Kickstand Wobble

So, this may sound silly, but it's bothering me. My kickstand doesn't sit correctly, and my kickstand does wobble back and forth. I've tightened both sides and much as I can, and it's still the same. The pad doesn't sit perpendicular to the ground, and on aspalt it digs, especially on hot days. I have a plastic pad to go under it where it's normally parked, but it still bothers me. If anyone has the answer to this, please let me know, and thank you in advance.
