Hi all, got fed up with the above noise, did check all the normal things, dowel on back of clutch basket and loose primary drive cog etc.
Took the engine out and started to split the crank, then noticed a broken oil pipe to main drive chain hydraulic tensioner (Starter Chain Tensioner).
Further investigation revealed the tensioner body was loose in the mounting bracket allowing it to move around, probably why pipe broke, anyway I'll replace it and see (hear) what happens!
