On the gear I notice a small O marking on edge at like 12 o clock the O marking is not viable on the picture but it is there.
What position is the gear lever to be in with respect to the O marking when attached.
For ease of understanding/clarification lets pretending that the open part of the gear lever on the picture is equal to the hand of a watch and on the picture is at 12 as well,
