Hi,
been riding bikes for 45 years and have fancied an XJ for a while for pottering about on and light touring. One came up local with an MOT and in OK condition other than needing couple of tyres. 25k miles on the clock and pretty much stock. £650 seemed a fair price so I bought it.
Only ridden it home and I think I'm going to like it:-)
Have had a look around on this site and it is really excellent. I know I'll get some good advice if I need it and hope to help others where I can.
