Mikuni BDS26 butterflies

Ok guys. I stripped the darn butterfly screws on one of the carbs and can't get the buggers out now so I can change the shaft seals. Anyone have any helpful tips on how to remove them? I'm thinking of drilling them out with a small drill bit. Any other suggestions welcomed. Also, does anyone know where I can get some replacement screws or what size they are? Maybe I can match them up at home depot or lowes?
