Starting issues and electrical problems

Hello so a little back story first. I bought my xj600 1992 from on elderman who was working on the stator and carbs . $400 why not right? Well I got it home rebuilt the carbs new stater and new fuses . It would run but not right so I re rebuilt the carbs . Now my oil light will light up when the start button is pressed in . No click from silonoid no anything .Yes I have power to my button yes I have the kill switch replaced and in correct run position yes I can jump from coil posts to get the starter to kick on no I dont have power from the relay side of the blue and white striped wire to my silonoid. Is this my cut off relay or safty switches is there a way to bypass that?
