Hey everyone,

I have been riding for about 10 years, starting with a 75 Yamaha RD125 I found in a barn, then moved to a 92 Katana 600. After many years of that I found myself on a 2001 Triumph Bonneville (and a 2017 Kawasaki Ninja 650), I also discovered that my wife was sick of riding on the back - she wanted a bike of her own!

We have since bought her a 94 Yamaha XJ600, and this bike is a blast, the 600cc engine and 6-speed in it really make it both a great learner and commuter. Given its age it needs the basic attention, and I am hoping this forum will give me the resources needed to keep it running well!
