Hey guys,

I am not that knowledgeable when it comes to bikes in general, therefore I am here to learn.

I bought my XJ600 Diversion -94 in May 2018, since the first week I have had troubles with cold starts (10-20 degrees celcius...). When its above 20 degrees and i leave the bike in the sun it usually starts up immediately.

What happens is the electricity works as intended, I turn on a small amount of choke (have tried all possible ratios) and press the start button. Every try I hear the starter motor kick in and the motor gives one or maximum two strokes. Even though i am giving half or even maximum gas at this point the motor doesn't fully start. I have tried to runstart it aswell but the same thing happens then, one to three strokes and then the motor dies even though giving full gas.

Since May i have replaced the following parts according to the repair manual: Spark plugs, air filter, oil filter and motor oil.
The tank was cleaned of rust 2016 with acid and sealed. The carbs was cleaned at the same time. (According to a receipt).

Would apriciate a clue of what to look for or try next since I'm just scratching my head at this point.

Thanks in advance for the replys.
