I'd noticed recently that I was getting a stumble off idle when taking off from a stop sign. I suspected that the bike was going lean at the transition from idle. Tonight, I connected my A/F gauge and tuned the pilots a bit.
Here's the baseline, before tuning. You can hear it tapping away, hunting for idle and you can see it go lean just off idle:

Here it is midway, after tuning cylinder's 1 through 3 to two bars toward the rich side.:
