Replacing forks & triple

I recently bought a new set of forks of eBay pretty cheap I might add, price was $175 I got them for $125. To replace my current forks which are bent and the seals blown. I know how easy it is to just slide the 2 new ones into the Triple, but I'm looking to replace my entire front end, IE forks, triple's and bars because they are all bent. Is there anything I should be aware of before I remove my triple trees? That's the part I'm most concerned about, me and ball bearings don't typically get along :ponder:
