not running!!!

Well another year and more problems !! Hooked up fuel pump and freshly rebuilt petcock toniggt added gas to tank pulled plugs and cleaned freshly charged battery carbs spotless from pinesol clean turn petcock to prime give it alittle gas pull choke fired right up! I let idle for about a min then turned petcock to on bike ran for about 103 min figured it was warmed up and it dies so i pulled choke and fired up again everytime i touched the gas it dies and now will not fire up at all someone please tell me what the hell is going on!
