Here to share my weekend work. Having no experience polishing anything I kind of learned along the way. Here is how I did it:
1- Cleaned with degreaser and wd-40, scrubed very well. After that clean with window cleaner just not to get major drops of oil everywhere.
2- used Duraglit ( believe is also called Brasso, a product to clean metal) and scrubed with scotch brite. Only discover this step made everything way easier on the second pipe, it really helps making the major cleaning way shorter.
3- Used Autosol and the scotch brite to really polish it.
4- Used a ''polish disc'' that attaches to a drill to a more ''refined'' look. ( I'll put photos of the acessory later)
5- in the end used a microfiber cloth with an ABRO product to polish and protect chromed surfaces to bring a little of mirror finish.

I've cleaned the pipes after every step with a towel or a microfiber cloth and window cleaner and degreaser.
