Carbs and air box troubles

Ok i got the seca 2 running tonight. New gas tank installed. Run like a champ for about 10 minutes then would only run at wide open throttle, but only about 1100 rpms. Take airbox off runs great until about 90 mph or after 3/4 throttle then boughs down. Carbs are clean,tank clean,just sealed with kreem. Any thoughts on what i need to do?? Thanks guys
