I've been trying to find some things I could change on my bike to make it look, cosmetically, better. But most things cost alot of money! I ended up finding the perfect thing that looks great/ professional and isn't very expensive at all! I reupholstered my seat with bright red Marine grade vinyl for $20 (14.00 for the fabric and 4.50 for the spray adhesive, may cost you a little more if you don't have a staple gun). Image

I also cleaned up my foot pegs/mounts and exhaust. This may not seem like much but it made a world of difference! the black paint on the mounts had chipped and been partially scraped off making my bike look junky and old, even when it was freshly washed :blech: So, I got a metal bristled drill bit (pretty much exactly the same as this one except metal http://www.tracysworkshop.com/p-15013-g ... teid=10050) and it came right off leaving nice shimmery silver metal underneath. I also noticed my exhaust was rusty and nasty looking so I did the same thing for it. Check out the results for yourself!

The seat really makes a huge difference, Jo-anne fabrics has pretty much what ever color you could want. The cleaning up doesn't make a massive difference but it does bring up the overall look and quality of the bike. I plan on painting the mounts and rims red to match the seat. Here is a terrible photoshop job of what i hope it will look like.
