Hello there,
Recently acquired a pre-diversion xj600 that has been passed on to me from my dad, which i am now restoring. I am having difficulty with starting the bike, it always requires copious quantities of easy start to get going. Seems worse if it is left on the side stand for a couple of hours, like the uphill carbs are draining into the lower ones. Checked all float valves, heights etc, all seems fine.
Runs beautifully once its going, but i cant rely on it to start. Any one got any ideas whatto trynext?
