Hey fellow 'riders,
Upon disassembling my carbs this weekend I found that, along with leaving plenty of buggered and over-torqued screws, the last person that disassembled the carbs declined to install any main jet o-rings.
What performance issues could this have caused? The bike has been running fine, but pretty lean on three of the cylinders. My pilot screws have been drilled out , not sure how any previous owner went about setting them.
Just wondering if my lean condition could have been caused by this, or if performance may be any better once I get them replaced?
Thanks for any input you can provide.
