I need to change my back tyre. The bike came with a spare one, a Continental TKV 130/80 18. It looks like it has barely been used, but I have no idea how old it is. From poking it with my finger it seems to be about the same hardness as the one currently fitted. Is there any way to know if it is good without fitting it and riding/crashing on it?
