Hello fellow XJ riders!
I have a question about the operation of the choke lever on my new-to-me '98 Seca 2. I have seen mention around the forum and in the How-to's about there being two positions for the lever - half and full choke.
Mine does not seem to work this way, that is, the lever definitely works but it is "mushy". I can get different amounts of choke by moving the lever farther out or in, but I get no definite clicks.
What could be causing this? Is it a sign of a problem that may appear later if I don't take action soon?
