fuel issues

What's up guys so im having some fuel problems!!! Im getting fuel out of my petcock to my fuel pump but I have a air bubble that forms in my line between the two so its not a steady feed so in turn the bike just dies. I put some gas in the Carbs to get it to fire and get the vacuum running correct. But fuel will not run past that air bubble.
