Hi all i am ready to paint the frame, this paint job is not a full resto paint job more of a quick build (i wish) and ride type of job.

I have hit the frame with a wire wheel to roughen up the exsisiting paint and to remove all rust and flaking paint particles and it has now been primed ready to paint.
Primer used: Fiddly Bits 250g Grey Primer Spray Paint

Note: I am Painting frame with spray cans

1). So to paint the frame is any paint type ok?

2). i have seen automotive cost at $30AUD is this really required ? (I was just going to use some normal spray paint).

3). This is what i was thinking of "Fiddly Bits 250g Flat Black Spray Paint"

Will this be ok or should a spend the extra for the automotive paint?

Please tell me your thoughts and why?. Thanks

Andrew....
