If you've been not been following what I've done, a quick recap... (Short version below) I did a fork job alittle while ago, with new fluid, wipers and I wanna say bushing? Everything inside except the spring. Rode around just fine for a few weeks, then went down and had the bike sideways in a ditch for some hours while I got bandaged and cleaned. The bike sat in the garage for about a month with everything just being cosmetic damage. A week ago the forks were fine. Now when I went to bring it out, the forks bottomed out in a little dip in the driveway.

TLTR: rebuilt forks, rode a while, went down and bike sat sideways, few months later forks bottom out.

I really don't want to have to wait for the bike shops to open on Monday to go get another quart of fork oil to redo it, can I just pop the tops and add alittle? See if that fixes it? What could go wrong, and why would they have gotten soft?
