Does your starter solenoid just click?

Not really a question but just a heads up to some newbies like me. So my bike after being whimsically twirled through the air at 40-50mph still ran and everything just fine. Despite the fact the bike was sideways/upside down for hours(with the lights on, handle bars were on the key) while I walked home to band aid up. Well after about ten start ups it sounded slightly weaker and like the battery was dying until it did nothing but click. Anyways, if you just got a new bike and it just clicks at the starter solenoid, Check the starter itself. Mine was full of oil and worked great when I replaced it with a dry non-oily starter. Just a story and my on clicking starters.
