1994 XJ clutch slip

Hi

I have a 1994 XJ 600 and when she hits around 30 ram it looses power as if the clutch is in. This happens through all the gears.

Is this just an adjustment on th clutch cable or am I looking at a new clutch? Or has this problem got nothing to do with the clutch?
