New User Administrator - Mikee112

Mikee112 has agreed to step-up and help out as a user administrator for XJRider. In this role, he will be able to fully administer user settings for the site, including creating/deleting/users, banning, resetting passwords, moving users into new groups, etc. He'll have enough power in the forum software that he could keep the site going if I were, say, hit by a bus.
