I own a 1992 XJ400 diversion that I am turning into a street fighter.
I have a problem with oil burning. My guess is either fried piston rings or valve seals, maybe both.
The bike ran 143K kilometers and I don't have its maintenance history.
So far it runs pretty good, it has around 115 PSI compression in all 4 cylinders, but it burns quite a bit of oil.
I have searched everywhere for piston rings, but I can't find them.
I'll appreciate your thoughts on the matter.
