Oil leak from filter area

I changed my oil a few days ago, and noticed oil leaking from where the oil filter seal compresses to the motorcycle body. I can not figure out why this is happening for the life of me. I made sure to lightly oil the gasket, and made sure everything was clean and free from contaminates. I even tried 3 oil filters in total thinking one was defective. The bike is leaking about an ounce of oil per day while just sitting in the garage. Any help would be much appreciated.
I like rice. Rice is great if you're hungry and want 2000 of something.
