I've been giving some thought to the next-steps for XJRider and have come up with a few things I'd like to do.

First: I don't like the duality of the FAQ and the How-to's on The Wall. We simply have to look in too many places to find an answer. I don't yet know how to better consolidate and present that information so if you have ideas, I'd be glad to hear them.

Second: I need to get a second theme written for PHPbb 3.1 so you all can choose something other than this Alpha theme.

Third: The gallery is feeling like a dinosaur. It was clunky four years ago and its even more so now. I'm looking into options to replace it with a new one that allows direct access from the forum and provides mobile upload capabilities. I want to be able to snap a photo on my phone and upload it to the site without all the hassle. I don't mind spending money to do this either, as I feel it'll be valuable. Again, if you guys have any suggestions for a PHP bases software that does this, I'd love to hear it. Even better if it can interface with a PHPBB3.1 forum.

Fourth: Dedicated server. I was in the middle of implementing XJR's dedicated server when I switched roles and haven't had the time to pick it back up. I'd love to get the dedicated server up and running and get XJR switched off of a shared platform.

Feedback: That's what I'm thinking. I'd like to hear your impressions/recommendations/suggestions as to where we go next. What are you all thinking?
