Hello All, since I've got over 10k miles on these current Michelin Pilot Actives in the factory sizes, it's about time for a new set of tires. Nothing wrong with these, they seem to work pretty good wet or dry.

I'm debating on whether to buy another pair of these Michelins or going back to my favorite tires on the Ninja that I had, Pirelli Sport Demons but the vendor I buy tires from can only get the front tire in a 110/70-17 instead an 80 series. I wonder how much that will change the speedometer reading, enough to even worry about? :ponder:

I've installed the Avon RoadRiders twice on my Ninja, they worked good but I had a problem with sidewall cracking, however as that's been many years ago, they've surely got that fixed by now since I don't hear about it anymore. Or trying a set of the Metzeler LaserTecs or the Continental Conti-Gos in the factory sizes 110/80-17, FRONT and 130/70-18, REAR. Or even the IRC RX-01s as a coworker had those on his CBR250, others that had them on their Ninjas didn't seem to like them? I've read the FAQ on the tires available for our SECA IIs.
Thanks for help/suggestions, Tony
