Halo,

yesterday I have finished my new stainless steel brake pistons. But I have my doubts, since I did not have a rectifying machine and all finish and polish work has been done on lathe and mostly by hand. Could anyone tell me what are the tolerances on these pistons?
I knew that at the front they would have to be 25 mm (I measured old OEM piston and it has 25,30mm) and 30 mm. At the rear caliper, pistons are exactly 38 mm.

Mine are:
1. 25,20mm and 25,27 mm,
2. 29,97 mm and 30,05 mm
3. 38,10 mm and 38,05 mm

I have measured them with caliper and micrometer.

One more thing, they are not the same diameter at all length. There are differences of ~0,002mm in diameter.
Would those calipers work? I have tried to insert them without any seal and they enter perfect, like original ones.

Please give me your opinion because I have to decide if I am going to buy just seals or also pistons.
Regarding rebuild kit, I am looking to buy powerhouse-uk rebuild kit http://www.ebay.com/itm/181264395305?_t ... EBIDX%3AIT, over ebay. Does anybody have and experience with them? Are those kits OK?

Thank you in advance for help!
