Newbie with new to me 1992 xj

Well guys I have been looking for a 1978 or 79 xs1100 to restore when I found this 1992 xj600s. I really didn't know to much about these but, I really like it. I bought it for 1000.00 with 24000 miles, might be a bit high but it's what I paid non the less. The bike has a brand new rear tire and rear brakes, fires up and runs but, she's is cold natured don't think for a second you are going anywhere for atleast 4 or 5 minutes. My plans if I decide to keep it and I'm sure leaning that way is to, Replace chain and sprockets, new front tire, front brakes, some kind of risers to set the bars up and back some, Carb overhaul, and I think she could use valve cover gaskets. Also the horn is not working only thing I've found not to work so far. Wish me luck guys most all of these will be my first.
