Some cylinders only firing when I put my hand over the air intake

I have my airbox off, and 2 cylinders start and run fine, but two of them remain cold until I put my hand over their air intake, then they start running as well.

Is this just because I have my airbox off, or do I need to adjust something in the carbs?
