When I got it home, I cleaned the carbs, threw in a battery and started it up.
It was clearly running like it had a vacuum leak. All the boots looked good so I check the valves and they were all about 1/2 of what they should be.
The PO had written him/herself notes on the frame but they don't match reality
All the valves were adjusted much closer to the range written on the frame though.

Question is before I get a bunch of shims and adjust it back to spec, is there any reason anyone know of why the PO would have written:
IN:4-6
EX:8-10
