any options besides the fuel rail seals???

Ok guys, we need to be real here. If we did the carb rebuild with Yamaha parts we would have a 50% down payment on a new bike. The o-rings are awesome but these 6 little parts cost me over $50 on my last bike and the new one looks like I've got a slight leak there on a couple of them but I might as well do them all. Has anyone come up with a way to use regular o-rings? Machine a grove in the connector tube or something? Yamabond and an overnight set up? El Chupacabra snot? Balloon art ballons???? I mean these are two little brass tubes and a plastic "T"... we have to be able to come up with something else
