Gday guys
Just purchased myself an old 95 xj900 diversion with the intent of doing her up a little bit. I bought her off an older german gentleman who had only been riding it to work and back.
No idea on actual km's as the odometer has been swapped, but looks to be in good mechanical shape. It's had the "YCIS" (not sure if I've got the acronym correct) removed or blocked off at least, Idles and revs freely and the box feels nice and smooth through the gears.
I have the intention of swapping to a R1 front end (ideally an 07 upwards) and trying to find a tank swap to give it an older styling.. although from the looks of it that may be no easy feat.
I look forward to learning more about these machines here and hope to find inspiration from other board members
