Electrical question

I am trying to get the wiring run from the 1992 seca ii project I am doing. When I got it the wiring harness was hanging off the front with no guide to getting it back together. I have put most of it back with the help of the manual, but I have a few questions. Sorry if they are stupid questions as I am still a newbie.

1. The starter relay has the positive lead and the starter cable the goes to the starter motor. Where is the negative lead for the battery?



2. Where does this connector belong? I can't find its mate anywhere.



3. There is a lead hanging off the regulator, but I am not sure where it belongs or how to hook it up.



I wish I had some more info from the manual, but I thought I would check with you guys. Any help is appreciated.
