Hey there! Newbie comin through...with an issue

Hey everybody! I'm active duty navy, so I'm living in Annapolis, MD at the moment but I ship down to sunny florida in a couple of months. I rode dirtbikes growing up but this is my first street bike. I just got a 1992 seca ii about a month and a half back and I've been loving every bit of it...until the two days ago. I was scooting along on the interstate on my way home and I stalled out. I had to put a new speedo cable on the day before, so figured I probably was negligent and had just run out of gas. Not the case. I had a buddy bring me some more just in case though and still nothing after I let the carb bowls fill for a little while.

So I tried starting on PRI with just about every combination of choke of gas cap open/closed and I still got nothing. I loaded it up, brought it home and got to tinkering yesterday. I replaced the fuel filter, checked the petcock then all of the fuel lines and I'm pretty sure one of them just worked loose but I can't find where it's supposed to lead to. Its one of the smaller lines and it starts at what looks like the bottom of the tank, but like I said, I can't find where it's supposed to lead to.

I looked at the fuel lines pictures that are posted in the maintenance section and I'm still flustered. If you guys have any advice or wisdom to shed, I'd really appreciate it.
