The diversions comming along now, just fitted 3 new indicators (cant free the last indicator at the moment, but no drama's), Bit of a pain with the timming, untill i sussed out the new indicators came with 10w bulbs it, so 21w and all sorted now. Managed to find a second hand top fairing in the right colour so the front ends all back together now.
Front brakes cleaned and now work well and more to the point dont work when you've let go of the lever, makes moving it a whole lot easier!!, it seems to start first time as well now, not sure exactly what i did to fix it in the end, but i'll not complain.
The rear brake needed bleeding (no pressure) and i've managed to shear off the bleed nipples ( i have soaked in penitrating fluid before hand) in my eagerness to sort it i've gone in with the drill and without thinking too much i'm sure i've gone too deep and generally made a pigs ear of it.
So i need to replace it, there are a few on ebay reconditioned for about £60-£70, which to be fair isnt too bad for a reconditioned one i guess, but i'd just like a working second hand one. I'm guessing like a lot of bikes yamaha will have used the same rear caplier on a few bikes/and or other ones fit fine.
I've seen some post where people are guessing the t'cat/fzr ones fit, but does anybody know what calipers do actually fit, or are the same.
