I have purchased a new battery and after charging for 9 hours on a half amp charger, then letting the battery rest for 2 hours with a resting rate of 12.8. I rode her for 10 miles and then she died again.... flat battery..
I have tried testing the rectifier and as far as i can tell current is only going one way.
Got 50 AC Volts from the stator at 4k RPM, but whatever i do, the voltage across battery will not increase with rpm??
Any help is greatly appreciated
