I found a guy locally who has a 94 with a really nice fairing. Same color as mine with factory paint, no cracks etc. He wants to sell the bike, but I'm offering him my fairing, plus cash to swap. That way I get the better fairing and he still has one to put on the bike. He seems motivated to sell.
My fairing has two cracks, a yellowed windscreen and has been rattle-can painted by the PO sort of okay, not great. The retaining clip bolt thing underneath is long broken, so it's zip-tie city under there. His is pretty much mint but from 1994.
What would you offer as far as the additional cash?
