Engine oil, heat, power and clutch

I'm having a bit of a dilemma, i got 10w50 engine oil, new spark plugs, and seems everything in the engine changed, engine is getting hotter, more power and if i pull on the throttle to hard clutch is slipping 2-3k rpms. I have to say i adjusted the clutch a so the gear shifts better, maybe i overtighten it? Oh and the bike can shift smooth even if i dont pull on the clutch lever just releasing the throttle a bit. Also i checked all spark plugs after 100miles of riding and number 1 spark is black, 2nd brown, 3rd white and 4 white, if i do a carb sinq it changes anything?
