Hello from Michigan! Just picked up a '92 XJ600 and so far love the thing; comfortable, easy handling, decently quick when you want it to be, and just an overall joy to ride. It also doesn't hurt that the condition I bought in was practically new. The previous owner bought it new for his wife who rode it a few times, and then it sat in a garage for the past 20 years. Mechanically it's a peach (except it's gonna need a little carb work). It has accrued only 2100 miles and a few small scuff marks from 20 years of 'garage life', so I'm very happy with the purchase. Soon though, I'm planning on doubling that mileage with a trip up to, and around Lake Superior in early July. Anyways, just wanted to check in, and say that I'm looking forward to picking up tips, tricks, and knowledge from around the forum.
