I keep seeing the following quoted:
The factory specs for valve clearance are:
Intake Valves:
0.11 to 0.15mm (0.004" to 0.006")
Exhaust Valves:
0.21mm to 0.25mm (0.008" to 0.010")
The Clymer manual and the FSM both say the same thing, but then I've found the following update that gives new numbers for the exhaust:
Exhaust Valves:
0.16mm to 0.20mm (0.006" to 0.008")

Looking around this site it seems like everyone goes with the manuals with no problems. I'm asking because my valves are crazy tight, and I hope to do this once and be done for a while.
